Please note: Custom designs, once placed, cannot be modified or canceled due to our order volume.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order and still get a refund?
Our artists begin work on designs immediately after an order is placed. For this reason, a full refund is not possible once the order has been submitted, even if it has not yet gone into production.

We can offer a partial refund, with $29.99 (the digital design fee) deducted, as work will already have started. Please note: the “Skip the Line” service is non-refundable.

Once your order has been produced, refunds are no longer available.
Refunds are also not available for digital products once they have been delivered by email.

If you would like us to create a new design using a different photo, there will be a $12.99 redraw fee, as we will need to start the process again.


The product I received is damaged. Can I get a replacement?
If your finished product arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo of the damaged area. We will arrange a prompt replacement.

Please note: we have a 14-day policy for reporting damage. After this period, refunds or exchanges are no longer available, even if the product arrived damaged.


I haven’t received any emails since I placed my order. How do I get in touch?
If you haven’t received an email within 7 days of placing your order:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly, as you will need to approve your design before we begin production. We cannot ship products without your approval.

  • If more than 2 days pass without a response from us, please try contacting us again using a different email address, as messages may occasionally bounce back.

Delivery times shown on our website are average estimates. Actual delivery may sometimes take longer, or in some cases arrive sooner.
